When planning to update the structural aspect of your home or to add an element such as an awning, you will need to submit an application to the HOA office for approval. An Architectural Improvement Application, and in most cases, a Maintenance and Indemnity Agreement must be completed, submitted and approved prior to any modifications to the exterior, courtyard, patio, or atrium of your unit.

Similarly, if you are planning to modify your landscaping or hardscaping, an approval process is also required.
