MASTER ASSOCIATION
How is the Master Association different from the Residential Associations within PGA WEST?
The Master Association takes care of the main entrance at Jefferson St. and 54th Street, street repairs and maintenance on PGA Blvd., provides all entry gate personnel, distributes transponders for gate access, contracts for community wide patrol service and responds to all noise and other disturbances, provides landscaping at the residential gates, front entrance, and the perimeter wall of the entire property comprised of 3 HOAs; PGA WEST Residential (RES I), PGA WEST II Residential (Res II) and Fairways.
